Mattawa River Resort offers you an easy connection to the A1 trail system & guests are invited to bring their own ATV and Snowmobiles when staying on the resort.

Mattawa River Resort is a great destination and the perfect spot for families with children of all ages. With a large sandy beach and walk-in access to the water, our beach has something for everyone. From building a sand castle to a campfire on the beach – it is all no more than a 5 minute walk from our furthest cabins! Head for the water and enjoy our water toys, large lilly pad mat, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, safety vests, go fishing off the dock and more!

With 147 acres of land to explore as part of Mattawa River Resort, there is much more to do than just sit at the beach. Whether it is setting out on foot or cross county skiing, snowshoeing or taking canoe/kayak trips there is lots of land and water to cover. Mattawa River Resort offers you an easy connection to the A1 trail system and hiking trails varying in difficulty level.
